李辉，讲师，硕士生导师，毕业于中山大学中山医学院，并于2022年获得博士学位。2022年至2024年在中山大学从事博士后研究，2024年加入成都医学院。Phenomics杂志青年编委。邮箱: hui@cmc.edu.cn

基于生物信息学与数学模型相结合的系统生物学方法，整合队列数据，开展分子细胞生物学实验并构建动物模型，探究微生物组与宿主的相互作用机制。致力于发掘宿主菌群在健康与疾病中的关键角色，开发微生态调节剂及相关药物；专注于基础研究与临床应用的交叉融合与转化，积极推动产学研合作，与中科微宠生物科技有限公司、中山大学等单位联合开展多项科研和产业技术课题。

研究成果

发表高水平SCI论文10余篇，以第一或通讯作者在JAMA Oncology、Microbiome、Oral Oncology等国际著名期刊发表重要成果，其中JCR1区5篇，单篇IF大于10分2篇，ESI高被引1篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、成都医学院高层次人才培育项目基金，参与2项国家自然科学基金面上项目。
